All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted. Delivery insurance is available upon purchase. Photo or video proof will be required for any defective or damaged products. If you have an issue with your product or you believe your product is defective, please contact If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive your package, you will need to file a claim with the shipping provider or file a claim with Route if you purchased shipping insurance, we are not responsible for wrongful delivery of the carrier or for stolen packages.
